Chip Brethen has extensive experience in developing corporate strategic plans, operational plans for technology assimilation, and successful business plans for raising capital.

His 27 years of top management experience with companies ranging from $20+ million to $500+ million includes positions as CEO of Wyandotte Paint Products, AKZO Coatings, TOGO Wyandotte, DeCouper Industries and Telescope Travel.

Chip holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. He has attended the Harvard and UCLA President's Programs and the INSEAD Cross Cultural Training course. He also participated in the Kepner-Tregoe Rational Manager program and the Xerox Interpersonal Management Skills course.

Chip has lectured at the Harvard MBA program and the University of North Carolina School of Business. He has served on several boards for educational and charitable institutions, trade associations and corporations.
